Barnaby Drabble has curated numerous independent exhibitions, screenings, discussions and events in the public space. He contributes to art magazines, writes texts for catalogues, websites and thematic publications and has edited two collections of texts on curating. He is co-founder of the discursive archiving project Curating Degree Zero, the office for cultural research and action Drabble+Sachs and the Postgraduate Program in Curating at the Zurich University of the Arts. He holds a PhD in visual culture and his ongoing research involves analysis of recent socio-political art exhibitions, with a focus on the question of the public's role in the exhibition.
